So a lot has been going on and I have a few things to share. Courtie finally made it home. On his travels he was delayed and unable to make it home until Wednesday (12/9). It felt like everything that could go wrong did. The jet broke in England, they didn't get it fixed fast enough, so they stayed the night, then the next day in Wichita we had winter weather so due to icing they couldn't come home. They flew into Oklahoma city which is 2.5 hrs away and couldn't drive up because the ice, the next morning they were going to fly home but couldn't because of the winds, they finally got home that afternoon and then my car wouldn't start because it was 14 degrees (and Courties wouldn't either so I couldn't jump it). It has been so frustrating because this should be a happy reuniting and at this point we both were exhausted and stressed. That was just the beginning of the week. We have gotten more bad news since.
Alena didn't cry when she saw Daddy it did take her a min to stare him down and she has been in love since.
